This is a custom desk unit made special for a customer who needed a unit made to his specifications.  It feature a special order custom brushed stainless steel laminated top, ebony stained oak hand rubbed to a glossy finish, stainless steel wire drawer pulls and although you can't see it in these pictures, the left side has a large adjustable shelf.  Generally we try to stay away from frameless construction, but the customer was set on the unit being built this way. 

This project is a great example of how we can produce a unique one of a kind product exactly to customers specifications.

One thing you should notice, this is not painted black, it is an actual ebony wood stain.  Although the color is very dark, you can still see the grain patterns of the oak through the finish.  The stainless steel top really was a great contrast to the dark wood, and gave the whole unit a very modern look.
